The other day GH came up to me and said, "Big Dog just said a bad word to me." I asked him what word Big Dog used. He told me "He said 'no' to me." Oh my:D

 

Big Dog also didn't let GH take a stuffed dog to school the other day. When will Big Dogs tyranny end?;D

 

Here is GH sleeping in a laundry basket. Why did I waste all that money on real beds?

 

 

 GH complained for weeks that Big Dog has Angry Bird pj bottoms and he doesn't have any. So I have been letting him wear them. This was a picture from the first night he wore them. Doesn't he look happy?

Last week when we were making banana bread. Big Dog picked up some apples and wanted to "make applesauce". I told him no b/c I hate having more than one cooking project going at one time. But, today we were given a lot of apples, pears, and peaches. So we made some applesauce. Big Dog is pictured below taking what he viewed as his fair share. In his defense he did help more than anyone else. 

 Tonight the boys were fighting in their room. I really hadn't noticed since I'm trying to ignore a lot of stuff. But, GH came downstairs and was complaining about it. I told him to sleep in my room. And really this is my room. I end up sleeping there almost every night. The boys must have made peace b/c I found them sleeping beside each other in my room. It's amazing how peace couldn't be reached in their own room...but, look at them here;)

 Big Dog might look all innocent in this photo. But, do you see the extending grabber he has in his hand? He was sending GH into a fit by taking that extender and pulling the light pegs out of the frame.

We have been using our Christmas presents a lot. The boys love this game:) Big Dog doesn't need a pole though. He usually grabs them out with his fingers:)

Why do bad things always happen to good looking people?;D Captain Awesome and I are struggling but we are ok. The boys aren't doing as well:( It was a puke fest yesterday.

But, on a happy note. One ridiculously good looking person is doing awesome. Cutie Pie is feeling awesome. Which is great because she might be taking care of all of us.

rewards and consequences

I told GH that if he was good at preschool today. I would take him and Big Dog to the pool in the afternoon. This was a big deal to GH. Big Dog and GH haven't been able to go to the pool for a while. One of them always seems to have open wound of some kind. Those boys and their shenanigans:/

So the boys ended up being rewarded for GH's good behavior. And I suffered the consequence of his good behavior by being splashed by Big Dog most of the time we were there. Good fun was had by two;D
