my religiously gifted children;D
One of the teachers from Big Dogs preschool told me that he always prays before he eats there. He's the only one who does it in the class. So obviously he is gifted. Right? ;D haha

Cutie Pie is trying to keep up with Big Dog. But, that's a pretty hard act to follow. Yesterday the church celebrated the Annunciation. The CCD coordinator reminded the children that they could spiritually adopt a baby at risk of being aborted. Cutie Pie spiritually adopted a baby and named her Sally.

First Communion Dress
Cutie Pies First Communion is approaching. We hadn't found a dress yet. I was a bit worried. But, my mother in law totally saved the day. She found this awesome dress for Cutie Pie. When Cutie Pie saw grandma pull it out of the car she announced that it was the most beautiful dress ever. I have to agree. It is gorgeous.
One thing I think is cool is that my mother got Cutie Pies Baptismal Gown, and my MIL got the First Communion dress. So her grandmas picked out some of the most important outfits she will ever wear:)

Feast of the Nativity of Mary
Happy Birthday to our blessed Mother. We brought out a Mary statue. Cutie Pie wanted a picture immediately. She didn't want to wait for me to clear the dinner table. So here is our cupcake and statue picture courtesy of Cutie Pie.
The kiddos loved the cupcakes. Who doesn't like cupcakes?
Oh my!

Dot Art
Yesterday the kiddos enjoyed art time outdoors. I was going to wait to post these for Magic Marker Monday. But, the guilt got to me. How could I in good conscience keep these artists and masterpieces to myself? It would be wrong;)
And this is St. John the Baptist starting to fall into the water.
Yeah.... she got Saint Peter and John the Baptist confused. Have I told you all lately what a good teacher I am? Ha....too bad my kids can't go to Catholic school. With me as their teacher of all things Catholic they are doomed to utter confusion;D
