Children's Museum

Something New

 The Children's Museum has a construction zone now.

 The boys really enjoyed it.

This poster had GH all confused. The poster is telling children that 60% of their body is made up of water. To illustrate this point, 60% of the human figure is filled with water. GH kept saying that you drink water and it goes down to your feet. I assured him that the water is actually throughout the body in skin and organs. And that water didn't just fall into his feet when he drinks it. Dang picture has my kid all confused!

The new water exhibit opened today at the Children's Museum. It's new and interesting. But, honestly I liked the old stuff more. But, it's still pretty cool. 

 Cutie Pie just loves birds.......

 The kiddos really enjoyed digging the sea shells out of the sand and water.

 All the kids loved the beavers that spit water:)

 Then we explored the other exhibits.

 Cutie Pie went to the art area and made this for me. I have to say I'm glad she realizes I am the best. This is their second trip to the museum this week:) I deserve something for that:)

 This is my favorite picture from the trip. Big Dog and some other dog on the rover.

 But, I do also like this one of Big Dog taking care of all the babies:)

We went to the Children's Museum on Thursday. Mostly because I wanted to get the kids mind off of Jack. He was gone for two days because he had to go to the vet. And the kids weren't taking it well.

 Big Dog is SOOOOOO good about putting the toys back in the store. I wish he picked up like that at home;D

 GH wanted to blast off with this rocket.

 Cutie did a puppet show for me. It was about an iguana and seal that fell in love. They overcame a lot of obstacles but ended up getting married.

 GH is getting so strong.....

The most memorable event that night was GH getting locked into his bathroom stall. He was hollering "Mom, it's stuck. Get me outta here." I sent Cutie Pie under the door to unhook the latch but it wouldn't unhook. So they both had to crawl out;D
