It's Shrove Tuesday aka Pancake Day

The kiddos enjoyed these purple, yellow and green Mardi Gra inspired pancakes.

I was planning on making some Czech breakfast treats this morning. But, Captain Awesome said it was too much for one meal. So Captain Awesome asked me to make another breakfast for dinner tonight;D

GH wasn't totally impressed with the pancakes. He sat down and started to eat them. Then started asking for crackers. I said "GH, I made you a bunch of pancakes. Isn't that enough?" He started to pout and said "I guess." I am so good at being mean.
