Two thirds of my children enjoyed making the May Day baskets. The other 1/3 was uninterested until I got out the candy;D
When the big day finally approached the kids were ready.
They happily snuck up to their friends homes and left the baskets full of candy and jelly beans.
Cutie Pie insists on taking baskets to Father Townsend's house every year. Before she took it up I quickly wrote "May God bless your work on this feast day of Saint Joseph the Worker." I don't want our priests to think we don't know it's a feast day;D
