I'm not the kind of Catholic (you know....the good kind) that reads Magnificat. I basically flip through looking for papal quotes for my pope blog. Well I got another stack of old issues from Andrea at the local Catholic bookstore. She saves me stuff for my blog all the time. She's so sweet:)
Anyway, I was flipping through some pages and Captain Awesome says. "So you are reading about the adventures of Awesome Cat again?" And I'm all, "What are you talking about?" He said "Every time I see that magazine I think Awesome Cat is like Magnific Cat." Then he went onto make a bunch of jokes like, "Awesome Cat defender of good, defeater of evil."
